Ian Nussbaum is an Associate in the Corporate Department at Wachtell Lipton.

Ian received a B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University in 2007. Ian completed a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 where he earned the Samuel L. Gerstley Award for receiving the highest marks in corporate law classes and served as a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr. on the Delaware Court of Chancery.
