John F. Lynch is a partner in the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.  He joined the firm in 1998 and handles commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholder-derivative claims, securities cases, disputes over mergers and acquisitions, and other complex contractual matters.  He also advises clients in connection with governmental and internal investigations.   

Mr. Lynch graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A summa cum laude in 1990 and from Stanford Law School with a J.D. with distinction in 1997.
