Education

Kathleen Iannone is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Iannone received a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College in 2011, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2016, where she served as the Business and Bluebook Chair of the Harvard Law Review.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Iannone worked as an associate at the economic consulting firm Charles River Associates.
