Colgate-Palmolive in its $700 million acquisition of three dry pet food manufacturing plants from Red Collar Pet Foods

On August 1, 2022, Colgate-Palmolive Company announced that it has agreed to acquire three dry pet food manufacturing plants in the U.S. from Red Collar Pet Foods, a portfolio company of Arbor Investments, to support the global growth of Colgate’s Hill’s Pet Nutrition business.
