Fortress in its $130 million strategic investment in Nassau Financial Group

On September 5, 2023, Fortress IMA Management LLC, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, announced that it has completed a strategic transaction with Nassau Financial Group, L.P., pursuant to which Fortress made a $130 million minority investment in Nassau and entered into a long-term investment management agreement, whereby Nassau’s insurance subsidiaries will have full access to Fortress’ credit investment strategies.
