GXO Logistics in its $181 million acquisition of PFSweb

On September 14, 2023, GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, and PFSweb, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSW), a premier, tech-enabled eCommerce order fulfillment platform based in the United States, announced they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which GXO will acquire PFSweb for $7.50 per share in cash, representing an equity value of approximately $181 million.
