Grauschopf Named One of Europe’s Rising Stars for 2024 by Law.com International

Melina Grauschopf, a visiting attorney in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department and currently on secondment from Gleiss Lutz, has been recognized as one of Europe’s Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers for 2024 by Law.com International.

More than 100 submissions from across more than 40 firms and 16 countries were considered for the list of the top 25 women under 40 representing the best and brightest practicing law in Europe, excluding the U.K.

Melina has significant experience advising both corporations and financial investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and listed and unlisted companies on corporate law and governance matters.
