Douglas Bresnick is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department. 

Douglas received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  He received his B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
