Joana W. Li is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Tax Department. 

Joana received her J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Tax Law Review and received the Harry J. Rudick Memorial Award for excellence in taxation. She received her A.B. summa cum laude in Slavic Languages and Literatures from Princeton University, where she was a recipient of the Monty Raiser Senior Thesis Prize.
