Eric Feinstein named Mergers and Acquisitions “Rising Star” by Law360

Eric Feinstein, a partner in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department, has been named a 2024 Mergers and Acquisitions “Rising Star” by Law360.

Eric’s practice spans domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, securities law matters, hostile takeover defenses, shareholder activism, and general corporate governance. He has advised a wide array of public and private clients across industries including banking, financial services, technology, media, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, industrials, energy, real estate, and sports.

His advisory role in highly complex M&A transactions, such as Fidelity National Information Service’s $18.5 billion carve-out sale of its Worldpay merchant solutions business to private equity giant GTCR, has earned him recognition among the 158 law practitioners under age 40 honored by Law360 as Rising Stars.

After reviewing nearly 1,200 submissions, Law360’s editors selected winners from more than 70 law firms across 34 practice areas, based on their achievements in their respective fields.
