Adobe in its $20 billion acquisition of Figma

On September 15, 2022, Adobe Inc., announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Figma, Inc.  The transaction is valued at approximately $20 billion, comprised of approximately half cash and half stock consideration, subject to customary adjustments.
