Entegris in the sale of its Pipeline and Industrial Materials business to Infineum

On October 11, 2022, Entegris, Inc., a world-class supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-tech industries, announced it has entered into an agreement to sell its pipeline and industrial materials business to Infineum USA L.P.
