Global Payments in its $2.0 billion commercial paper facility

On January 26th, 2023, Global Payments Inc. entered into dealer agreements with BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC, as dealers, in connection with the private placement of $2,000,000,000 in commercial paper notes.
