Global Payments in the $1 billion sale of its Netspend consumer business to Rêv Worldwide and Searchlight Capital

On July 31, 2022, Global Payments Inc., a leading worldwide provider of payment technology and software solutions, announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Netspend consumer business to an affiliate of Rêv Worldwide and Searchlight Capital for $1 billion.
