Raytheon Technologies in its $3 billion senior notes offering

On February 23rd, 2023, Raytheon Technologies Corporation announced registered notes offerings in an aggregate principal amount of $3.0 billion, comprised of an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% notes due 2026, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.150% notes due 2033 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% notes due 2053.  Raytheon expects to use the net proceeds of the offerings to fund the repayment at maturity of $571 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding notes in 2023, with the remainder to be used for general corporate purposes.
