TowerBrook Capital Partners in its $300 million secondary offering of R1 RCM Inc. common stock

On September 8th, 2022, R1 RCM Inc. announced that it has launched an underwritten offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock by the selling stockholder, TCP-ASC ACHI Series LLLP, a Delaware series limited liability limited partnership jointly owned by Ascension Health Alliance and investment funds affiliated with TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P.
