Webster Financial in its acquisition of interLINK

On December 5, 2022, Webster Financial Corporation announced that Webster Bank, National Association, a wholly owned subsidiary of Webster, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire StoneCastle Insured Sweep, LLC (d/b/a interLINK), a technology-enabled core deposit gathering and processing platform.
