RTX Corporation in its $1.3 billion sale of its Cybersecurity, Intelligence & Services business

On October 24, 2023, RTX (NYSE: RTX) it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services business within its Raytheon segment.  The sale price is approximately $1.3 billion and is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.  RTX’s CIS Business performs special intelligence missions, software modernization, and offensive cyber that informs defensive cyber solutions.  Its work aligns to U.S. intelligence community, homeland defense, and homeland security priorities.
