Wachtell Lipton Receives Private Equity Deal of the Year at IFLR Americas Awards 2024

Wachtell Lipton was honored with Private Equity Deal of the Year at the 2024 IFLR Americas Awards.

A team led by corporate partners Adam Emmerich and John Robinson represented Maxar Technologies in its $6.4 billion acquisition by Advent International and British Columbia Investment Management Corp.
